1. OUT OF BOUNDS. (a) Outside the boundaries of the course.
(b) When playing the 13th hole, a ball to the right of the white markers is out of bounds. (c) When playing any hole, a ball over the white posts around the practice putting green or clubhouse is out of bounds.

(Note: During play of any other hole than the hole to which they relate, the out of bounds marker posts are immovable obstructions Rule 24-2 applies).

2. PATHS, PRACTICE AREAS etc. (a) A Ball lying on a pebble, shale or forest bark path may be lifted and dropped, not nearer the hole, without penalty.(b) When playing the 15th hole a ball on the practice green or in the practice bunker shall be lifted and dropped without penalty not nearer the hole.

3. STONES IN BUNKERS. May be removed, under supervision of a playing partner, without penalty.

4. STAKED TREES. Relief may only be taken from trees with yellow bands. Rule 24-2 applies.

5. FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS AND GULLY POTS. All sprinkler heads and gully pots are immovable obstructions and relief may be obtained as per Rule 24-2. In addition, if such obstructions on or within two club lengths of the hole being played, intervenes between the ball and the hole, relief may be obtained without penalty, in the following circumstances:(a) If the ball lies on the putting green, it may be lifted and placed, not nearer the hole, at the nearest point at which intervention by the obstruction is avoided.(b) If the ball is off the green (but not in a hazard) and is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction, it may be lifted and dropped at the nearest point of relief, not nearer the hole.

6. TRACTOR MARKS. A ball lying in a tractor mark through the green may be lifted and dropped without penalty, not nearer the hole in accordance with Rule 25-1b.

7. HAZARDS. (a) The lake water except when playing the 3rd when portion beyond the red marker posts is a lateral water hazard. The island is out of bounds.(b) When playing the 16th hole a ball played into the lake may be dropped as near as possible to the point of entry, but not nearer the hole under penalty of one stroke.

8. YARDAGE MARKERS. Yardage markers and posts are to be treated as immovable obstructions; Rule 24-2 applies.

9. MEASUREMENT DEVICES. For all play on this course, devices which permit measurement of distance are permitted. Any other measuring device which contravenes Rule 14.3 is not permitted and would result in disqualification.
